First and Last Name should be your legal first and last names (i.e. the same first and last names you submitted on your admissions application).

Student ID is the ID number provided to you by the university (it is an 11-digit number typically starting with a W).

If you do not know where to find your student ID, please email Admissions for assistance.

When typing in your email address, please use whichever email address that you check regularly; it does not need to be your school email address.

You do not need to complete the online module all at one time. If you leave the online module, you can log in again to resume where you left off.

However, when logging back in, you must type in your first name, last name, student ID, and email address exactly as you typed them the first time (and every time) or else you will get an error message.
